What types of clients do you work with?

I work with a variety of individuals with different goals.  Whether that's weight loss, strength/muscle gain, improve overall health, digestion, sleep, ect., they must be willing to put the work in for themselves.  Change takes effort and hard work.  I am not accepting clients looking for a quick fix or are unwilling to put forward serious effort.

How long will it take for me to see results?

A good coach will tell you that there is no guaranteed time frame for which results will occur.  While some clients see rapid improvement, others don't for months.  It's dependent on many factors including underlying health issues, lifestyle, and willingness to work hard for their goals

How are you different from other online coaches?

Many coaches in the field are selling cookie-cutter nutrition and workout programs.  These aren't tailored to the individual or take into account the client's personality, lifestyle, mindset, and current health.  For a plan to work, it has to consider these things.  I build all of my plans to fit the individual.  If something doesn't work in the beginning I adjust it to better fit.

What does a typical nutrition plan involve?

I have a variety of plans based on what I think will best fit the client.  This ranges from meal and macro plans to a looser, guided mindful eating approach.  It is dependent your unique lifestyle/personality factors, schedule, dieting history, etc..  I use the info you provide in my intake form, along with our initial consult to determine WITH you what will best meet your needs.

I travel frequently for work and am not sure I would be able to stick to a structured program.  Can you still help me?

Yes! I have worked with several clients including a Marine, and a busy CEO that required a different approach when it came to their program.  While results will be achieved at a much slower pace, I help them adopt habits that make their lifestyle more optimal for improving their physique/health.

With a meal plan, is there a new menu every week?

No. One of the biggest misconceptions about meal plans is that you get new foods/meals all the time. My meal plans do offer several options for each meal in order to give you more variety and flexibility.  I always include foods that you enjoy and avoid those that you don't and am able to make small adjustments to make the plan best work for you.  Periodically the food will be switched out when adjustments to the diet are made or a new food is introduced.

How do I make payment?

Once we have had an online or in-person consultation, and you would like to move forward,, I will send you the PayPal link to sign up for automatic monthly billing.  I do not accept any other forms of payment.

What are some things I will need to be successful with one of your programs?

Patience, discipline, the EFFORT and WILLINGNESS to adapt and trust me as your guide. It will require hard work and the desire to change.
